They took out the child car seat and didn’t replace it, leaving it in the boot. Also I had to collect the car from a far corner of the car park where it was hard to manoeuvre.

My only observation is I was asked to pay £15 for a day’s insurance in the courtesy car. As I was bringing my car in for a fault/defect to be fixed, I was bemused. However, the service agent was willing to remove the fee....and I left happy!

They advised new brake pads, the cost was 50% more than local equivalent garages. This always happens.

As it was to repair a bodywork blemish (a rather large stone hit the bodywork on the A12 near Chelmsford), being paintwork, only time will tell if it is as good as it looks.

They sent a video message and in this they explained that the brake pads needed replacing very soon,but ,on the paper work said I declined having it repaired but I was never asked. If asked I would have had it done there and then.

Was booked in for back tyre change on 28th Dec 2018. Required tyres where not available and I had to go with cheaper alternative tyres. Turns out the final cost is £100 more than the quote, as it was for front tyres. waiting time was 2.5 hours
