Car was ready and cleaned all on time, but wrong service had been carried out (at no cost to me) and the advised brake pad/disc replacement was not performed as discussed on the phone after their condition was determined during the service.

Took longer than I hoped to resolve fault but coffee was nice. What the dealership need is a facility for people to use a confidential office on site so we can work whilst waiting for our car.

Our loan car was filthy and had so much dog hair in the boot we wouldn't put our shopping in it. We had a found that the dash camera was not plugged back in and the parcel shelf was left laying in the boot.

The work needed was not completed on the day, I was charged for Ad-Blue but within a week had a warning telling me Ad-Blue needed adding, then that 'incorrect fluid' had been added. Also the service mileage was not re-set.

My car was not ready at the time I had arranged to collect it. I had to wait a further half an hour before it was ready despite it being there most of the day. It had obviously been washed in a hurry and was not dry or as clean as I would expect.

One thing that I would feedback that has happened twice is that the additional costs e.g. insurances were not made clear to me until I picked up the car - which meant £1.4k additional costs that I hadn't budgeted for - please make this clear at pos.
