When I bought the car I asked for it to be registered in my wife’s name, it wasn’t. When I recently booked it in to have the tyres checked I advised that the registration number was now P55TRY. When I arrived they still had that number on my old car

No faults that I can think of. Warranty issues all sorted out expect for the entry m-sport illuminated sill plates of which one still does not work. The part is on back order.

Did the service and mot promptly and satisfactory but did not have wiper blades in stock when asked. Said they would get some in but I had to pre pay.Also a very long lead time required and even longer if a loan car required

Whilst as always the customer focus was good there was an element that detracted from the overall result. That was in the valet of the vehicle which was returned still with dirty patches.

Overall service was quite good, but having left the vehicle there at eight o'clock in the morning I still had to wait about 45 minutes for the work to be completed when I returned at around 16-00 hrs.to collect it.

The car wash provided was not so good, car left wet and streaky, had to wash it again when I got home. The car wash at Lancaster is not a patch on what I used to receive from Cars!

Did not receive reminder for MOT so when we contacted Lancaster the appointment they offered was after the due date. Explained the situation and they were able to fit in our car the next day so that we did not miss the deadline.
