I was told the car could be picked at 4. At 3:45 was told the car was ready but still being washed. At 16:30 was told it was ready to drive away but found it outside unwashed. The man at reception said he'd wash it himself & did so within 10 minutes

They completed re-set of the iDrive even though out of warranty as had problem B4. Would not re-open case about rattle which has been on-going since purchased Nov 2014. They said they couldn't hear it yet it occurs everyday and a lot!?!
