Had no prior appointment but car failed it's first MOT. Called BMW, Rolf me to bring down car. 2 hours later car fixed under warranty, no cost and passed MOT later that day.

Parking is a bit of a nightmare as the car park is chock a block with cars even round the back. Otherwise no issues. Very pleased.

MOT started on time and was completed quickly

The car has an obvious weakness around the I drive. That much is clear from the web conversations. Past cars have also had occasional recalls out of warranty which typifies good customer service and follow up. Concerns now are reliability of idrive.

As far as I know the work was carried out satisfactory. I don't care for the new showroom, sales and service setup. It used to be very 'warm' and friendly. Now the sales and service folk are all shut away in their little boxes..such a shame.

Booked car in for brake fluid change and fixing of 2 oil leaks but only the fluid change was done. Had to bring car back for the leaks although I made the issue clear when dropping car off.

I felt that the new 2 tier booking in process was unnecessary. I had to wait to be see by a receptionist who then referred me to the service personnel. What was wrong with checking in at the single service counter?

I dropped my vehicle off for its service and was told after an hour or so that it couldn't be completed as they didn't have an oil filter in stock,Really. Another appointment for 3 weeks later and the service was completed in 3 hours reasonable?No

The reason I have given you this answer is because one of your sales men on service, offered me a price for a tyre, when I went back again to have the tyre replaced he said the price of the tyre was before fitting not after. So I was somewhat unhappy

When I booked in the appointment I asked about getting some damage on an alloy repaired as well as the other work and was told that should be fine. On the day I was told this wasn't possible.

I still feel that this element (oil service) should have been carried when the car was booked in for its MOT and a service last July when the computer must have indicated that the service was going to needed within the next couple of months!

My vehicle was taken to Lancaster BMW after becoming breaking down. The information screen indicated a fault with the drivetrain. A few days later I collected the vehicle as repaired. On Sunday 20th January the vehicle had to be recovered again.
