When quoted and booked online there was a 25% discount offer on. I did not receive the discount when I payed so the service was £80 or so more than the quote. I have never been charged what the quote is at Lancaster. I will not be going back there.

Again warranty repairs undertaken to an unsatisfactory standard causing repeat visits / repairs when the issue could have been solved on the first visit. I find that repairs are somewhat slap dash with little to no care or pride taken in the work

A new tyre was put on but the air pressure levels in all the tyres hadn't been calibrated.

I reported an issue with corrosion on all of my alloy wheels over two weeks ago and I have not heard the outcome, apart from a call from Chris Peacher a few days later to say the matter is in hand with BMW since then I have had no contact!

Whilst I was happy I was looked after exceptionally well, I did receive a less efficient BMW back. To the servicing team's credit, they worked to find a solution, which appears to have worked.

Until my most recent visit it would have been a 5 but unfortunately when swapping all 4 tyres one wheel received some damage to the rim (red paint and scratching). Appreciate this happens; I've had worse experiences elsewhere.

Software upgrade fixed the heater control problem I had. But the new software has one or two glitches and it would have been useful to have a list of the changes that affect the user. But the engineer was excellent - the software down to BMW.

Took too many visits to identify a sensor problem which we had highlighted as a probable sensor problem on day 1. You wanted the car for a whole day which we allowed for. You "fixed" it in an hour and the "fix" failed inside 6 miles.
