Car had service plan all the paper work was in place it all went well. The only thing to mention I was told service would take 2-3 hours I then had a call 50 minutes later to say car was ready. If I had known would have waited.

My problem was with the air condisaning unit, this was the second time on the car which is only one year old. They replaced all the ' O ' rings and now all seems OK.

I arrived at service centre at 08.00 expecting my car to be fixed in an hour or 2 only to be told at 08.30 the part had not arrived, as I needed my car I decided to wait for the part to be delivered and fitted...this took 6 hours.

Had car mot'd but unable to have it retested before the mot expiry date and had to use a local garage, Warnes motor, to have the car Mot'd. Warnes picked up additional advisory points. I took it to the bmw for repairs, they did not address all points

The difficulty of getting a timely appointment with a curtesy car has been a frustration with every service (4 years, 93,000 miles of ownership), last time I had to inconvenience colleagues to collect me. Otherwise I would say completely satisfied.

I did not think the service was value for money at all. It has made a decision on future replacement of the vehicle with BMW unlikely. We love the car but not the aftercare and value.

As far as I know the work was carried out satisfactory. I don't care for the new showroom, sales and service setup. It used to be very 'warm' and friendly. Now the sales and service folk are all shut away in their little boxes..such a shame.

The car has an obvious weakness around the I drive. That much is clear from the web conversations. Past cars have also had occasional recalls out of warranty which typifies good customer service and follow up. Concerns now are reliability of idrive.

Booked car in for brake fluid change and fixing of 2 oil leaks but only the fluid change was done. Had to bring car back for the leaks although I made the issue clear when dropping car off.
