I took my car in with an EM warning light showing. Was advised to drive home and call BMW Assist. I am disappointed that the dealer could not have assisted me in the showroom, call BMW assist, offer a demo car to use whilst my car was repaired?

Despite the showroom and workshops being refurbished the level of service was still at a high level. Only issue was failure to stamp my service book.

Dissatisfied - went to BMW Lancaster as my BMW had been recalled for updates and when picked up 65 miles of fuel had been used - would like to know why this was - did call and ask but man said he wasn't sure and maybe it had been on a road test!

I took my vehicle in for driver door not opening. problem was troubleshot and part ordered. Part took two weeks (After I phoned you). Booked car in and then told a lock was ordered and not the part. Had to wait another week to be booked in. Not good.

Satisfied with the experience - but it was not possible to identify the source of the rattle so it continues. Advised that other customers have videoed in the car whien a rattle occurs to hel diagnosis the problem ( difficult to do)

Always good and have a track record of satisfying what I need. However, currently there is a long wait to book a vehicle service if a loan car is required. I am aware of the expansion programme for Lancaster BMW at BST and look to improvements.

When I booked in for a "waiting service" I was informed it would take two hours. When I arrived in reception I was told it would take a minimum of three hours. It actually took took between two and three. I not great as I had other things to do.
