The reason I have given you this answer is because one of your sales men on service, offered me a price for a tyre, when I went back again to have the tyre replaced he said the price of the tyre was before fitting not after. So I was somewhat unhappy

I still feel that this element (oil service) should have been carried when the car was booked in for its MOT and a service last July when the computer must have indicated that the service was going to needed within the next couple of months!

My vehicle was taken to Lancaster BMW after becoming breaking down. The information screen indicated a fault with the drivetrain. A few days later I collected the vehicle as repaired. On Sunday 20th January the vehicle had to be recovered again.

I was initially given unsatisfactory service. The first guy I spoke to said couldn't do my 'service' and MOT until after MOT had expired (despite 4/5 weeks notice), he suggested I go elsewhere. I insisted he refer to manager and I was booked in ok.
